Deutsch Connect – International Talent for Germany Germany needs around 1.7 million skilled workers by 2030. Deutsch Connect connects highly motivated international talent with German companies, offering language courses, mentoring, apprenticeships, and job placements to ensure students are immediately ready to contribute. Since 2018, we’ve successfully placed over 100 students and have been selected for the AGYLE Program as well as recognized with awards for excellence in talent development.
